Operations Procurement Officer at the Mercy Corps (Athens)

Mercy Corps seeks for:
- Operations Procurement Officer

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Greek National or Expatriate with at least 5 years proven working experience in Greek Market.
- Desired previous experience in NGO sector.
- Degree in a relevant business field is desired.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management;
- Proven Experience in tendering procedures;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel.
- Excellent oral and written Greek and English skills.
- High computer skills on MS Office programs, especially in MS Excel.
- A demonstrated ability to multi-task and process information into action as to not delay program activities.
- A clear understanding of procurement ethics and donor compliance is essential.
