- HR Officer

Essential:
- 2 to 3years experience in an HR position in a large, fast paced and complex organization;
- Very good knowledge on Greek labour legislation and statutory processes;
- Quality orientation and attention to detail;
- Demonstrate ability in people management and coordination;
- Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver coaching and training;
- A strong collaborative style both with colleagues within the team and beyond, with the ability to work effectively across cultures;
- Very good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English;
- Flexibility in working schedules to achieve the deliverables;
- Flexibility in travelling within Greece;
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job.
