- Group animation technics
- Communication ease
- Pedagogical skills
- Project managing
- Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation methodologies and protocols, and reporting of projects
- Knowledge and understanding of the humanitarian response system (funders, coordination, UN, NGOs, etc.)
- A good computer literacy (Digital technology skills, Internet, Numerical tools)
- Fluent in English and Greek is mandatory
- Speaking Arabic or Farsi will be a plus
