Refugees +, Training Course - 15-20 May 2017 | Brussels, Belgium - FL
This training course wants to discuss the main issues and challenges in fostering inclusion of reugees and (newly arrived) migrants. Exploring the role of the youth worker in this process, raising awareness on the topic towards young people, exchange of good practices and tools/methods are some of the themes we will tackle during this training course. Non-formal learning methods will be used throughout the training course.
Main objectives:
- to exchange information and realities in the different countries of the participants to get a deeper understanding of the diversity of this topic
- to deepen the understanding of main concepts, legal frame and terminology on refugees and (newly arrived) migrants
- to explore the role(s) of a youth worker in the inclusion process of refugees and (newly arrived) migrants and in the process of raising awareness
- to share good practices, tools, methods
- to explore further possibilities of projects and cooperations on this topic within the framework of the Erasmus + programme
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country.
