Papastratos International Operations Management Trainee Program

Papastratos, an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), is seeking for two talented persons to join Operations' Function as Operations Management Trainees. The two ideal candidates will work consecutively in the departments of Production and Planning. The program will have a total duration of 24 months during which the candidates will assume demanding projects related to the optimization of processes and production indicators, and will gain a global view of the production activity and a multifaceted professional experience. After the successful completion of the program, the candidates will have the opportunity to assume positions of increased responsibility in the domain of Operations' Function.

QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree awarded by Polytechnical School in the field of Engineering. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an asset
1-3 years working experience
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language as well as excellent P/C skills
Career ambition, strong drive for results and learning agility
Strong analytical skills and learning capabilities as well as communication skills
International mobility
For male candidates, the completion of their military service is a prerequisite
