The Doctoral Training Unit on Enforcement in Multi-level Regulatory Systems (DTU REMS) is looking for :
PhD positions (Doctoral Candidate) in Law and Political Science

The DTU REMS is a joint research programme of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance (FDEF), the Faculty of Language and Literature, Humanities, Arts and Education (FLSHASE)) and Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law (MPI Luxembourg). Researchers within the DTU work on matters of enforcement of EU law, challenges arising from implementation within the multi-level system, the proliferation of executive actors such as agencies, the need to ensure effective remedies in view of composite structures, the politics of inter-court competition and cooperation in multi-level settings (particularly with reference to fundamental rights) and the possibilities and challenges arising from digitalization within a multi-level regulatory context.
