Field Liaison Officer at the Save the Children (Athens)

The Save the Children seeks for:
- Field Liaison Officer

Essential:
- University degree in related academic discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience of representation with key stakeholders and co-ordination with other organisations
- Strong influencing skills and experience in advocacy, negotiations and mediation in multi-cultural setups.
- Demonstrable experience of Monitoring & Evaluation and beneficiary accountability
- Ability to work independently with high interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write clear and well-argued assessment and project reports
- Politically and culturally sensitive with qualities of patience, tact and diplomacy
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Greek and computer literate.
- The capacity and willingness to be extremely flexible and accommodating in difficult and sometimes insecure working circumstances
- Commitment to and understanding of SCI’s aims, values and principles.
