Skills:
- Significant experience in the humanitarian field of work (MSF experience is an asset)
- Significant senior managerial experience, including managing staff, work with the Board directing a similar organization and/or working at senior level in a large NGO
- Higher academic degree, preferably in Public Health, Administration, Social/Political Sciences etc.
- Strong communication/advocacy, lobbying/networking, interpersonal and representation skills
- Awareness of the Greek context and the reality of today
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Greek, French and/or Spanish is an asset
