Educational Project Coordinator at the Mercy Corps (Athens)

The Mercy Corps seeks for:
- Educational Project Coordinator

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in the Education sector required; previous experience in Greek as a foreign language strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the Greek education system, actors, processes, an advantage
- Previous experience working with refugees/ migrants, particularly in the field of education strongly preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem solving independently and cooperatively.
- Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills essential
- Effective verbal and written communication, prioritization and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to show initiative and function effectively in a complex work environment that is constantly and rapidly changing.
- Patient and optimistic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to carry out responsibilities independently with minimal technical support from within the program organization
