University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) invites applications from highly qualified students for its doctoral and postdoctoral programs. The programs cover various scientific disciplines, including Mining/Geology, Fertilizers/Agriculture, Chemistry, Materials, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Decision Sciences, Business, as well as Health/Biotech.

UM6P is a new university, aspiring to become a world-class research center. It is committed to advancing education and research in Morocco in particular, and Africa in general. UM6P has a network of campuses in Morocco (Ben Guerir, Casablanca, Rabat, Laayoune...) and living labs in several African countries.

UM6P partners with Ivy league universities across the world to conduct research projects, such as MIT, Columbia University, UC Davis, Colorado School of Mine, as well as with the OCP Group’s development.

Admission is on a competitive basis. All admitted students automatically receive a generous package including tuition, living costs, health insurance and housing.

At the time of enrollment in the UM6P doctoral program, a student must ideally have a Master's degree from an Engineering School, a Business School or a Science Universities. To be considered for a postdoc position, the student must have completed a PhD by the time of enrollment.

A good level of English is expected.
