Undergraduate, Master & PhD Scholarships, Jiangsu University, China (2017)

Jiangsu University (JSU) was founded in August 2001. JSU has been ranked as Asia’s top 200 universities, ranked 181 among BRICS and emerging economies by the latest Times Higher Education rankings which announced JSU in the world top 1000 universities for the first time. Currently, JSU ranks 48 among >3000 higher educational institutions in China.

Jiangsu University offers a wide range of undergraduate, master and Ph.D. programs.

Government Scholarship

Chinese Government Scholarship Program is established by the Ministry of Education of P.R. China (hereinafter referred to as MOE) in accordance with educational exchange agreements or understandings reached between the Chinese government and the governments of other countries, organizations, education institutions and relevant international organizations to provide both full scholarships and partial scholarships to international students and scholars. MOE entrusts China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) to manage the recruitment and carry out the routine management of Chinese Government Scholarship program.

This Government Scholarship stands for Masters and Ph.D. studies. It is a full scholarship covering tuition, accommodation and living expenses in an amount of 3000 CNY/month.

It is open for new students only, and the deadline for application is March 20th.

University Presidential Scholarship

In order to further develop the education of international students, Jiangsu University provides a scholarship for international students getting registered for English-taught degree education at Jiangsu University.

This scholarship is open to all Masters and Ph.D. students (and some Bachelor students as well).

The scholarship amount allocated per student is the following:
- Undergraduates = 10,000 CNY/Year (on tuition)
- Masters = 20,000 CNY/Year (on tuition)
- Ph.D. = Tuition + Accommodation

The deadline for application for this type of scholarship is August 10th.

Eligibility
Applications are open to students from Europe & Americas.

Age limit:
- Undergraduate students:25 years
- Master’s students: 35 years
- Ph.D. students: 45 years
