F.A.I.L. Better! (First Attempts in Learning), Training Course, 19-26 June 2017 | Sermugnano, Castiglione in Teverina (VT), Italy
"F.A.I.L. Better!" is a training course which wants to explore how failure and mistakes are currently addressed in education and how we can develop a new learning approach towards them. The course wants to create a space where the participants will be free to share about mistakes, experiencing and playing with them, while reflecting on their role within the learning process. Our main aim is to focus on youth empowerment and on how we can support young people in dealing with failure, turning a moment of shame and frustration into a tool to increase their self-confidence and creativity.
The training course will take place in Sermugnano, a small village in central Italy, from the 19th to the 26th of June 2017 (travel days included). It will involve 26 participants from 9 EU countries: Italy, Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Hungary, France and Greece.
The project has been financed by the Erasmus+ programme.
The costs related to accommodation and food will be completely covered by the hosting organisation and the travel costs will be covered according to the Erasmus+ standards (for more detailed informations on this point, please check the infoletter attached).
Participants will be asked to contribute with a participation fee, according to the possibilities of each participant, on a sliding scale between 50 and 120€.
