This Training course is designed to explore skills and competences that were gained through implemented Projects under the Youth in Action Programme and “Erasmus +: Youth in Action” and gave young people/participants the opportunity to better explore themselves and their capabilities. The main priority of this training course will be the recognition of non formal learning achievements and how to better use/ exploit them in the new Programme period especially in the framework of personal development and employability.
Furthermore, participants will find out how the participation into the previous program possibly helped/ reinforced them in their Transition to the Labor market. Moreover, we want to explore how participating in Projects, such as EVS or Training Networking, can promote transnational mobility as a tool for increasing employability.
