WPE Roving Case Worker Officer at the International Rescue Committee (Athens)

The International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- WPE Roving Case Worker Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work, Gender, Social Science or other related field
- Experience in counseling, case management and/or social work focused on women and girl survivors of gender-based violence (domestic violence, intimate-partner violence, sexual violence and exploitation, etc.)
- Clear understanding of and interest in the well-being of women and girls, and supporting their healing after the experience of violence
- Experience in data entry, safe information storage and managing confidential survivor information, is desired
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients wishes and decision
- Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting
- High degree of flexibility and a strong ability to maintain composure, meet deadline, prioritize work under pressure, and work in a difficult environment
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in English. In addition, Arabic, Farsi, Kurdish, Pashtu, Dari, highly desired.
