The Management Trainee program is designed to develop employees that have the right competencies and knowledge to support our long-term succession needs in managerial positions throughout the organization.
You will undergo an intensive training program, which will provide you with an all-rounded view of the company’s operations. During that, you will have the opportunity to have real life assignments with specific accountabilities & projects and to assume various roles. From then on, there is no limit to how far you can go.
Over the years we have recruited and accelerated the development of over 80 graduates in all countries we operate in.
