Senior Programme Manager at the International Organization for Migration (Athens)

International Organization for Migration seeks for:
- Senior Programme Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, Law, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited academic institution with seven years of relevant professional experience; or
- University degree in the above fields with nine years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience in programme management, implementation and evaluation;
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to coordinate activities and to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds;
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in staff management;
- Proven record of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with governmental and diplomatic authorities, national, regional and international institutions as well as civil society actors;
- In-depth knowledge of resettlement operations and procedures;
- Experience in a rapid transition or post-conflict setting with massive displacement of migrants and/or refugees
