Egnatia Aviation with a workforce of 60 full time employees is currently looking for a talented, dynamic and motivated individual to become part of the creative team as Executive Assistant of the Flight Training Department.
The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the Flight Training Department.
Position Details:
• Work location: Kavala Airport.
• Type of Contract: Full Time with a probation period of 6 months.
• Remuneration: Standard, fixed salary.
Essential Criteria:
• University, Technological Educational Institute Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
• Excellent Knowledge of English.
• Excellent Computer Skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of Communication Etiquette.
• Previous Experience as Senior Management Executive Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing general secretarial and managerial support.
• Coordinating workload between Post holders.
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments. Keeping meeting
minutes.
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Making travel and guest arrangements.
Candidate Profile:
• Ability to comply with aviation regulation and Company’s documentation.
• Effective organisational skills and ability to work proactively within agreed timescales.
• Effective teamwork and supervisory skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills.
• Be responsive, resourceful and trustworthy.
