The Athens Partnership seeks for:
- Director of Administration
A successful candidate will possess:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and at least 5 year of relevant experience in financial management, ideally in the nonprofit sector;
- Knowledge of database and accounting software; Knowledge of grant regulations;
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize simultaneous projects while maintaining high attention to detail;
- Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work well with staff and project partners;
- Ability to take initiative, resolve problems, follow through, manage multiple priorities independently, and manage time effectively;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
- Knowledge of essential computer applications, including Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English
- Team spirit and a sense of humor
