ICT4P Officer at the International Rescue Committee (Athens)

The International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- ICT4P Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English and Greek
- A minimum of 2 years of operational and field experience in ICT (or other related fields), OR a minimum of three years in a technical customer support role, with excellent general IT troubleshooting skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Experience supporting custom-built internal applications serving hundreds of users
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively liaise with colleagues on all levels in a multicultural, detail-oriented environment (without losing a sense of humor)
- A sense of personal ownership of the applications, and the drive to keep customers well satisfied with the level of support they receive
- Fast learner, creative problem solver
- Demonstrated ability and flexibility to adapt to changing environments and to make effective decisions under pressure in fast paced environments
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion
