Livelihoods Assistant at the International Rescue Committee (Athens)

The International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- Livelihoods Assistant

Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree in business administration, law, or other related degree, and/or related certification required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of experience primarily in relation to refugee protection, human resources and employee development, or skill building for employment. NGO experience preferred.
- Experience with training desired.
- Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skills essential with experience in conflict resolution desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong liaison and diplomatic skills.
- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Computer skills, in particular email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory.
