Child Protection Specialist at the Terre des hommes (Thessaloniki, Ioannina)

Terre des hommes seeks for:
- Child Protection Specialist

Professional competencies:
- Professional diploma or University degree in politics, human rights, psychology, social work or other relevant field;
- Significant experience working with children in need of Protection in emergencies and migration contexts, in particular through case management, psychosocial support services;
- Very good knowledge of key child protection issues and best practices;
- At least 3 years of experience in delivering CPiE, CM and PSS trainings and workshops for national and international staff;
- Significant experience in Project cycle Management;
- Previous experience with a child protection organisation is compulsory, preferably in an international organisation;
- Previous experience in emergency response and in working with Asylum seekers and refugees, particularly in Eastern Europe context is appreciated;
- Good knowledge of European migration policies and laws (in particular for Greece and Balkans region) is required
