This project aims to support the work of organizations engaged in work with people with disabilities, refugees and young people, equip them with methods, techniques, tools, new knowledge, skills and competencies to work with the target groups and more particularly provide trainings to them.
The realization of the project will allow mobility participants and their organizations to be able to design and implement their own training to support the target groups, meeting their needs, based on informal methods of education. Mobility will be implemented within a week and it will include 40 participants. They will be youth workers, trainers, mentors, volunteers and others employed in the sector (trainers of trainers, coordinators and other providers of training) who work directly or indirectly with the target group.
The mobility programme involves understanding the situation of the target group and an approach to work with them and train them, including creating a plan and specific program strategies and tools for reaching the target group and the provision of specific resources with practical application, as well as information for the development of partnerships at the international level.
The costs for accommodation and food are fully covered by the hosting organization. 100% of the travel costs up to limits according to the distance calculator of Erasmus+ programme are covered.
