Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer at the Mercy Corps (Lesvos)

Mercy Corps seeks for:
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 year of relevant work experience; experience in Monitoring and Evaluation M&E) with international and/or local NGOs will be an asset and/ or data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred (preferably in Social Sciences, statistics, or relevant field)
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection (including ODK) and analysis methods required.
- Strong Excel and/ or Access skills are required
- Candidate must be willing to travel and work in difficult conditions.
- Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
- Committed to sharing skills with other staff and building up the capacity of staff.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English, knowledge of Arabic and/or Farsi preferred but not required
- Excellent writing and reporting skills.
