Future Talent Programme Production Engineer at Tetra Pak in Germany

Future Talent Program is a two-year trainee program for young graduates, starting in September 2017. As a participant, you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the program, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Tetra Pak development in a long perspective and be part of an innovative technical environment.

With Future Talent Program, you will be permanently employed in a certain department and position from the beginning and follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. The program will give you extensive insight to the company, the culture and the values.

For the market Company in Limburg (Germany), we are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Production team. Here, you will have the chance to develop an international network within Tetra Pak and also to deal directly with our customers, supporting them in growing in their business.

As a Production Engineer, you will be involved in the following activities:

Managing of production processes
Building new procedures and specifications
Production losses deployment and root cause analysis
Development of data collection systems and data analysis
Resolution of equipment performance issues, defects generation, customer complaints and technical breakdowns
Revision of safety, ergonomic and environmental factor in production operations
Participate in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement projects
Implementation of new products and specifications following a project management route
Development of new procedures, instructions for production process
Participate in cross functional improvement projects and teams
