As a trainee, you will work on different assignments within the Finance & Controlling departments that are systematically linked to each other and dedicated to profitable and sustainable growth. To help you gain a rounded understanding of the entire business in the omni-channel environment of a fashion retailer, you will support the company with your ideas and work decisions. These will have significant influence on strategy and performance in HUGO BOSS’s journey to become the most desirable fashion & lifestyle brand.

The 15-month program starts on 1 October 2017 and is individually tailored to your personal development. Within the program you will gain an in-depth understanding of the business and acquire the necessary skills you need to follow the HUGO BOSS strategy. We will support you to succeed in a competitive international retail environment.

Within the headquarters in Metzingen, as well as in a HUGO BOSS subsidiary abroad, you will be part of exciting and varied projects with an inter-departmental focus.

Accompanied by an experienced mentor throughout the program, you will work on your personal development and build up your own network.

The program will ensure you are very well prepared to take on a guaranteed position at HUGO BOSS afterwards.
