During this time graduates will rotate through four diverse and challenging assignments of six months duration, while getting the opportunity to work at our different locations and difference functions in Ireland. The objective of each assignment is to develop a well-rounded skillset.
From this experience you will develop a sound understanding of our company as well as develop your management, technical and interpersonal skills along the way.

In addition to your development being supported by your assignment manager, you will also be paired with a mentor who will assist you in navigating your career.
