- Finance Officer

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working with NGOs
- Expertise in financial management of ECHO projects
- Thorough understanding of financial system, accounting rules and audit guidelines
- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in accounting, finance, business economics or related field
- Ability to influence and support colleagues in appreciating the importance of financial standards, procedures, and controls
- Ability to manage a financial/monitoring team and demonstrate leadership
- Native Greek and high level of English knowledge
- Analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to operate in a cross-cultural environment
