As a Trainee within Product Engineering you will be integrated in a highly motivated team and work together with colleagues from our production and development sites in Asia and Europe.
In your new role you will:
Act self-responsible while keeping an eye on our products to bring them to the next level regarding stability, profitability and reliability.
Generate ideas and solutions together with different experts and departments along the value chain based on thorough analysis of complex production data.
Work in different functional areas.
Compare notes with your dedicated mentor regularly.
Develop your intercultural competencies and deepen your knowledge of our international business.
A stay in Asia is part of the program.
