To facilitate applications from North America and the Far East, applicants may sit the written examination in New York and Bejing, as an alternative to Pavia. Oral examinations will be conducted either in Pavia or by videoconference. Students interested in sitting the written paper in New York or Bejing or in conducting the oral examination by videoconference should indicate so at the time of application. The written paper may be submitted in Italian or English. All oral examinations are in English.
