Research assistant at the Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser of the FORTH

The Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser (IESL) of the Foundation for research and Technology Hellas (FORTH), in the frame of the project MIR-BOSE, (Call: H2020-FETOPEN-1-2016-2017, Proposal number: 737017) funded under H2020-E.U.1.2.1. - RIA - Research and Innovation action, is seeking to recruit one (1) research assistant in experiments with intense ultrashort THz pulses. Studies of THz semiconductor quantum devices.

Required qualifications:
- MSc in Physics/Photonics
- Experimental experience with building and using strong THz field systems
- Experience in operation and maintenance of high power femtosecond lasers
