International Graduate Program (IGP) – Trainee Technical Sales at Infineon Technologies in Germany

Sales and communications training will provide an optimal grounding for your later work with customers. Training on our sales structures and processes will quickly familiarize you with our company and your new field of activity. Take a leap from lectures to real practice. As a Technical Sales Trainee within the Sales, Marketing and Distribution department you will understand the customer requirements and transform them into innovative solutions. As part of our 18-month technical sales trainee program you will learn all about our wide-ranging product portfolio and the multifaceted ways it can be applied. This will allow you to hit the ground after successful completion of the program and running as Technical Sales Manager at Infineon taking on challenging tasks in the field.

In particular, in your new role you will:
Learn to deliver technical details and make the customer´s heart beat for our products
Develop reporting and analytical capabilities
Analyze and evaluate requirements
Familiarize with sales structures and strategies
Assist, conduct or lead projects in different roles based on personal experiences
Work in different functional areas to understand global financial and procurement processes, data and reports that drive our business to enable optimal analytical models
Stay abroad, as this is a part of the program
