Future Talent Program - Automation Engineer at Tetra Pak in Italy

Future Talent is a two year programme for young graduates, starting in September 2017. As a participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the programme, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Tetra Pak development in a long perspective and be part of an innovative technical environment.

With Future Talent Programme you will be permanently employed in a certain department and position from the beginning and follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job-rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. The programme will give you extensive insight to the company, the culture and the values.

As an Automation Engineer you will develop, verify, validate and maintain automation solutions according to quality and time.

In this role you will also:

Research and elaborate complete new architecture automation solution to meet given or created specifications
Design automation solutions according to legal demands, corporate standards and product specifications
Promote ideas and methods to which shall be given patent protections
Execute test, validate and document software/hardware applications
We are looking for newly graduates in the following areas:

Automation or Mechatronics Engineering;
Electronics Engineering will be considered only if Automation subjects were part of the university program.
Strongly interested in the development of digital topics (home automation, programming, apps development, virtual networking) is considered a merit
