Skills Required:
- Past experience in the humanitarian field working in Kurdish-speaking cultures as an interpreter highly recommended. Certification in English and Kurdish language strongly recommended (e.g. CEFR, Cambridge, etc.).
- Right to work in Greece.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Fluency in Kurdish and English language.
- High level of reading comprehension and writing ability in Kurdish and English.
- Knowledge of Iraqis cultures preferred.
- Possesses organizational and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to travel in and out of the field.
- High level of integrity and stewardship.
- Conflict management skills, counseling skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and build positive team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a cross-cultural environment.
- Committed to the SP values and ethics.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
