Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant (Arabic speaker) at the Mercy Corps (Athens)

Mercy Corps seeks for:
- Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant (Arabic speaker)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1years of work experience; experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) with international and/or local NGOs or other relevant organizations, highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.
- Experience with data form design, collection and data entry.
- Candidate must be willing to travel and work in difficult conditions.
- Excellent skills in the usage of computer software packages especially Excel spreadsheets are a must; knowledge of ODK and ability to program/code the questionnaires for ODK highly desirable
- Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, analyzing and reporting.
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel, as well as with project partners and community members
- Fluent in Arabic, excellent in written and spoken English, Greek and/or French will be additional asset.
