IT Architect at the Greek Trade facilitation Steering Committee

Greek Trade facilitation Steering Committee seeks for:
- IT Architect

Professional requirements:
- University degree on Informatics ,preferably in the direction of data processing or engineering data processing;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in designing of large scale information systems preferable of the public sector. An overall of 10 years professional experience is needed;
- Familiarity with the requirements relating to information and communication technology within governmental agencies and/or international organisations;
- Knowledge of technological platforms and systems such as SOA principles, Oracle RDBMS and Oracle applications (Forms, EBS, Java);
- Proven working experience in interoperability projects, preferably Single Window platforms and data harmonization techniques;
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking, creativity, initiative and excellent communication skills and consulting abilities;
- Ability to work systematically and within the agreed timelines
