Nike would like to introduce you to the new Leadership Track- a 4 year rotational program that will help to accelerate your career, with a tailored development program and mentoring by one of the leaders.

Leadership Rotation – Logistics Team Coach
This 2 year mandatory rotation gives you an early career opportunity to gain team management experience and develop your leader ship style. Meanwhile you will learn our warehouse processes from A to Z and you will be trained in our own lean logistics system; NLS.
You will lead, coach, drive and inspire a team of 20-60 warehouse employees. Focusing on productivity, safety, quality and teamwork to elevate your team to the next level.
SC Fundamentals Rotation – Logistics Analyst OR Distribution Planner
To master the foundation of Supply Chain, a rotation as Logistics Analyst or Distribution Planner will develop you as a real expert in our end to end supply chain. Your influencing, analytical and organizational skills will be challenged.
Within the complex world of international warehousing with fast changing consumer service models, you will analyze, build and improve warehouse processes. You will be in direct contact with cross functional teams within Nike and will participate in diverse improvement projects.

Tailored Development Program
In the 4 years there will be a structured on-boarding and development program. You will start with 10 highly talented graduates and will be mentored by one of our leaders. Besides functional & management development training, we will challenge and support you to create your own learning platform. Learn with and from each other, one team!
