Microenterprise Officer at the International Rescue Committee (Athens)

International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- Microenterprise Officer

REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS Degree in international development, economics, business administration, law, and/or related certification required.
- Knowledge of private sector environment and networks in Athens, preferable experience in microfinancing/ microenterprise
- Minimum 2 years of experience in livelihoods or community engagement programs, or in the private sector
- Demonstrated experience with capacity building and training
- Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skills essential with experience in conflict resolution desirable
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong liaison and diplomatic skills
- Punctuality and attention to detail
- Computer skills, in particular email, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory
