Ioniki Sfoliata SA, which is based in Neohorouda, Thessaloniki due to its expansion is looking for an IT Support specialist to join its energetic and fun IT team.

Description

To deliver exceptional support services to the end users and technical support through the resolution of technical queries on various platforms, operating systems, mainly hardware and software.

Minimum Skills Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology
2. Fast Thinker and Hard Worker
3. Excellent English and Greek communication skills both verbal & written

Desirable Skills Requirements

1. 0 – 1 years of relevant work experience
2. Experience in common desktop products, including DTP, Servers, IP phones
3. Ability to grasp new concepts and learn new software applications quickly
4. Ability to solve technical/software issues
5. Natural interest in food and manufacturing processes

Job Responsibilities

1. Install, configure and maintain IS/IT infrastructure in compliance with standards, procedures and operating methods
2. Monitor the running of logical and physical IT equipment, according to standards, frameworks, operating methods and safety procedures
3. Provide users with technical assistance
4. Process service request fulfillment
5. Perform operational testing and technical qualification
6. Categorize and log incidents.
7. Diagnose causes, and support resolution of incidents/problems in compliance with the procedures in place
8. Hardware repairs and preventative maintenance
9. Asset tagging of equipment
10. Working closely with on-site helpdesk to ensure all hardware issues resolved.
11. Manage and work with demanding business executives
12. Deployment of phones
