Refugee Integration Program Coordinator at the Danish Refugee Council (Athens)

Danish Refugee Council seeks for:
- Refugee Integration Program Coordinator

Required Qualifications:
- University degree in international development, behavioral/social sciences or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in project cycle management in the non-profit sector including previous experience managing people and resources
- Capacity to produce high-quality reports in English
- A good knowledge and understanding of project monitoring tools and techniques, including log frame approach;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Capacity to actively participate in strategy development and provide strategic leadership to staff
- High standards of integrity, ability to work under tight deadlines and with a minimum level of supervision
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and communication capacity
- Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft office
- Excellent English and Greek language skills (written and spoken) is a must; Arabic and/or Farsi/Dari are an asset;
- Previous experiences in refugee integration programs in Greece or abroad is desirable;
