Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Assistant (French speaker) at the Mercy Corps (Lesvos)

Mercy Corps seeks for:
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Assistant (French speaker)

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year of work experience; experience in Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E) with international and/or local NGOs or other relevant organizations, highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.
- Experience with data form design, collection and data entry
- Candidate must be willing to travel and work in difficult conditions
- Excellent skills in the usage of computer software packages especially Excel spreadsheets are a must; knowledge of ODK and ability to program/code the questionnaires for ODK highly desirable
- Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required
- Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, analyzing and reporting
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel, as well as with project partners and community members
- Fluent in French, excellent in written and spoken English, Greek and/or Arabic will be additional asset
- Driving license, desirable
