Overlooking operations for all the food and beverage outlets in All inclusive Basis
Hospitality School Graduate
Professional experience in relevant position for at least 2 years. (Previous experience in 4-5* hotel would be highly appreciated)
Leadership and Coaching
Implement training plan, schedules and control measures.
Excellent verbal and written command of Greek and French language
Financial Skills (Budgeting, forecasting, stock control)
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
