Programme Manager at the International Organization for Migration (Athens)

The International Organization for Migration seeks for:
- Programme Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Political or Social Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Law or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience; or
- University degree in the above fields with seven years of relevant professional experience.
- Substantial field experience in emergency and/ or post conflict/transition/early recovery, with strong knowledge of IOM project life cycle;
- Relevant experience in protection related issues particularly in emergency context ;
- Knowledge of donor funding mechanisms and requirements and excellent interpersonal skills to handle donor liaison are essential;
- Superior reporting and writing skills;
- Knowledge of EU policies and procedures and management of migration flows in EU MS.
- Fluency in English is required.
