- Emergency Preparedness Plan Consultant

PROFILE:
- Extensive experience in Emergency Response/Humanitarian emergencies and/or disaster risk reduction programming
- Experience in creating Emergency Preparedness plans for local governments or other large scale plans
- Experience in working with public or local government partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Greek context highly preferable
- Knowledge of the City of Athens highly preferable
- Excellent English verbal and written skills; knowledge of Greek preferable
