Gender-Based Violence Specialist at the International Rescue Committee (Athens)

International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- Gender-Based Violence Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:
- MA/S or equivalent in social work, psychology, public health or other relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least 5- 7 years of experience implementing gender-based violence programming or providing gender-based violence counseling, support, and/or training.
- Strong understanding of the Greek context.
- Significant experience leading trainings, coaching, capacity building and mentoring of professionals or local partners.
- Good computer skills in programs such as: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Personal qualities: Team player, flexible, network-builder, able to handle pressure well
- Fluency in Greek and English highly desirable.
