International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- Cash Transfer Program Assistant (Farsi Speakers)

Requirements:
- Orally fluent in Farsi
- Orally fluent in English
- Ability to travel to project sites (transport is provided) and different areas in urban Athens
- Ability to use technology appropriately for work (e.g. using tablets/laptops to collect data)
- Previous work experience preferably with customers or beneficiaries – Approximately 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work within a multicultural team
- Proactive attitude and ability to seek supervisory assistance as needed
- Ability to develop and maintain good relations in teams
- Punctuality and ability to plan and manage one’s time well
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and in constantly changing work environments, maintaining motivation
- Holds self-accountable to high professional standards (e.g. responsible, meets deadlines)
