Field Project Coordinator at the KMOP (Thessaloniki)

KMOP seeks for:
- Field Project Coordinator

Requirements:
- Excellent academic background, including a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, preferable in Social or Economic Sciences
- Solid background in implementing outreach activities aiming at the support of vulnerable populations (e.g. home visits, psychosocial counseling sessions), proven by at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in managing field projects or programmes (including coordinating teams of professionals) involving support of vulnerable groups of at least 3 years (e.g. professional experience in managing positions in social services or social structures & units)
- Practical knowledge of all available programmes, services and structures providing support to socially vulnerable groups in Northern Greece (in the Regions of Western Macedonia, Central Macedonia and Eastern Macedonia & Thrace)
- Driver’s license and ability to travel by car (from Thrace to Western Macedonia), in order to coordinate the field work
- Well organized personality, able to prioritize tasks
- Solid background in human resource management
- Strong managerial and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and especially in English
- Completed military obligations (where applicable)
