Centre for Research on Women’s Issues Diotima seeks for:
- Senior Researcher

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an academic institution of Humanities, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, International Relations or other related Sciences
- Postgraduate studies in a related subject and preferably in gender issues and / or intersectionality
- Five (5) years of experience in field research, preferably in the humanitarian and / or development field
- Excellent skills for qualitative and quantitative research
- Ability to develop and use appropriate methods and tools to implement high quality research.
- Proven skills in writing for and speaking to a range of audiences to ensure impact.
- Ability to use quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis software packages (for example, STATA, SPSS, Nvivo, etc).
- Good knowledge and skills of IT applications and software
- Experience with the regulations and requirements of institutional donors
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
- Ability to work on his/ her own initiative and at the same time as a member of a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload by taking initiatives when appropriate
- Understanding the state of emergency of people on the move and, in particular, the socio-economic difficulties they face
- Cultural awareness - Research experience with vulnerable groups
- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of personal organization
