Web Development Officer at the Cyprus Institute

The CyI seeks to recruit a highly motivated professional to assume the position of Web Development Officer.

Education and Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design (including Web Development, Network Design) etc.
- Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
- Experience of (3) years in web development.
- Experience and proficiency with CMS (Joomla and/or WordPress/Drupal), PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relational database design is essential
- Experience with computer coding and databases
- Experience in website management and website design
- Ability to design user interfaces for multiple devices & knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage
- Motivated, creative, resourceful, and solution oriented individual who can work on multiple projects with limited supervision in a high-pressure work environment
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
