Greece Advocacy and Protection Programme Manager at the Oxfam Novib (Lesvos)

Oxfam Novib seeks for:
- Greece Advocacy and Protection Programme Manager

Skills and Competencies:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience working on humanitarian or human rights related fields, with at least 3 years in senior management roles;
- Strong programme management experience and staff management skills;
- Proven success in programme development and fundraising;
- Applied knowledge of refugee and migrant protection (rights, activities and coordination);
- Strong experience in managing advocacy and campaigns, including within a large global confederation;
- Knowledge of refugee law or understanding of international protection mechanisms;
- Experienced in managing partnerships;
- Language – fluency in English. At least one other relevant language is an advantage: Arabic, French, Farsi/Dari, Greek
