- Medical Technical Referent

Studies/ Requirements for the post:
- Medical Doctor Diploma
- Specialization in General Practice (4 years of clinical experience)
- Experience at least 4 years
- Knowledge, competency and skills on public health aspects of Primary Health Care and SRH
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the Greek health system and related legislation
- Experience in supervising medical activities is an asset
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills
- Ability to set high standards for quality of work
- Ability to train and coach collaborators/ staff
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal and intercultural skill
- Flexibility and able to work under pressure
- English mandatory (oral and written), Greek will be an asset
